Katja is a GenZ entrepreneur who built her first company at 18. She works in the marketing space and is a Co-Host of The Deliberate Zoomer Podcast.
In 2022 she began her journey alongside Silas on The Deliberate Zoomer. She is passionate about sharing real-life experiences and struggles of a GenZ woman and entrepreneur.

Silas is a GenZ professional who, during the day runs a team of recruiters in the ClimateTech space and by night podcasts. He co-hosts The Deliberate Zoomer and runs the CleanTechies Podcast.
He started The Deliberate Zoomer with the hopes of sharing advice with other members of GenZ who are motivated to grow their careers but don't always know the way. This is a journey of self as much as it is to offer advice.
